Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a vscleanproducts.com purchase for any reason, please return it for a full refund or The Village Salon Gift Card. We regret that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

• When you return your purchase to vscleanproducts.com by mail within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s).
• If we receive your item(s) within 31-60 days of purchase date you will receive a refund in the form of a The Village Salon Gift Card for the price of the item(s).
• Items received more than 60 days after the purchase date may not be returned.

• Contact TheVillage Salon Customer Service via Staff@thevillagesalon.com or 1-609-737-0703 and be sure to include your name, email address and your order number.  Village Salon's Customer Service will provide you with a return authorization number (RA Number).
• Package your return item in the Village Salon packaging (if available, otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit). Mark the outside of your packaging with the RA Number provided by Village salon's customer service.
• Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) using a USPS service that is trackable, or another trackable courier (for example, UPS or FedEx) so the shipment can be traced should the shipment be lost. the Village Salon cannot be responsible for return shipments not received.

• You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
  It takes up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue a Village Salon Gift Card.  We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
